minutes ago Where to start they part an warranty in my contract for 900 that I never knew about then the jeep had problems went there they told me that they fix it but all they did is shut off the engine contract for 900 that I never knew about then the jeep had problems went there they told me that they fix it but all they did is shut off the engine light they gave me an invoice for what they did I went home after the manager told me I was raise worng and he changed his mine and said I'm not getting my money back not knowing that I'm a master tec for 30 years I checked what they said they did and guess what nothing was done so I called them told them what I found and told them to just give me the parts they did lol there tec said it needed a 600 part to fix it and it wasn't under warranty even though I bought it a week before and they said it had a warranty on it for 4 months or 4000 I might have put maybe 75 miles and the finance girl is real sneaky I hope this help anyone to stay away More

PURCHASE A TRADE IN USED VEHICLE 2015 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER , SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID NOT LOOK CAR OVER THROUGHLY. THEY ALWAYS RUSH THROUGH CHECKING OUT VEHICLE. THEY CLAIM TO CHECK ALL TRADE IN. THE SERVICE C SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID NOT LOOK CAR OVER THROUGHLY. THEY ALWAYS RUSH THROUGH CHECKING OUT VEHICLE. THEY CLAIM TO CHECK ALL TRADE IN. THE SERVICE CLAIMED BRAKES WERE AT AN 8, WHAT EVER THAT MEANS. I HAD TO TAKE IT TO THEM 3 TIMES FOR VIBRATION ON THE FRONT END ESPEICALLY WHEN BRAKES WERE TOUCHED AND EACH TIME THEY SAID THEY FOUND NOTHING. THEY EVEN SAID THEY DROVE THE VEHICLE BUT AFTER MY HUSBAND FINALLY DROVE IT HE SELF DIAGONOSIS THE VECHILE IT WAS THE ROTOR AND THEY AGREED. AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS THE TIRES NOT BALANCED, ALIGNMENT, , I AM NOT A MECHANIC. I LOOK FOR THEM TO TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. BY THIS TIME SEVERAL DAYS HAVE PASSED AND NOW AUTONATION DONT WANT TO FIX IT. THEY PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED THE REAR BRAKES BUT NOT THE FRONT BRAKES. THIS IT MAKES NO SENSE. I BELIEVE AFTER THEY LOOK AT THE BRAKE SHOES THEY WENT NO FURTHER TO THE ROTOR TO SEE IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM. BEWARE AND BE CAUTION WHEN YOU DETECT AN ISSUE. DO NOT TAKE IT UNTIL ITS FIXED. More
