This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased 9 new cars and 5 used cars in my lifetime. I have been on over 50 dealership lots in my 40+ years of buying cars; and th ever had. I have purchased 9 new cars and 5 used cars in my lifetime. I have been on over 50 dealership lots in my 40+ years of buying cars; and this by far was the easiest, smoothest, least pressured and just overall nicest experience I have ever had. We went to 4 Toyota dealers looking for a car for my wife and daughter. 3 of those 4 dealerships in our area were high pressure, constant badgering to buy or make a decision and I had no feeling that they cared one bit. With AutoNation Toyota of Ft. Meyers, I was on vacation with my wife, we were able top communicate by phone and text and had almost the entire deal wrapped up before we drove from Orlando to Ft. Meyers to take possession of the car. There was no misrepresenting of any of the facts or deals. Nothing was changed at the last minute. Erica was awesome to work with in the beginning, David was amazing on our test drive and when we showed up live, he also had great knowledge of the car and it's options. Kai got the numbers were we needed them to be. Please ensure all 3 of these people receive credit and their service is acknowledged. Toyota and all dealers need more people like these 3. By the way, the experience was so great, we are going back to buy our daughters car. 6-8 other Toyota dealers between us and them, and we are going to drive 2.5 hours to be a repeat customer.
