I purchased a thirty thousand dollar 2022 rav 4 about 7 months ago. Brought it in for first oil change four thousand miles later. They told me all four tires were dry rotted and needed to be replaced. Went months ago. Brought it in for first oil change four thousand miles later. Nothing they can do. Reported it to corporate received, another call from auto nation toyota of fort myers. He basically told me in the 4,000 miles, we put on the car since we bought it. All 4 tires are rotted in the same exact spot. What a coincidence. And there is nothing he can do. Buyer, beware, do business at fred anderson, much better dealership.. More

PURCHASE A TRADE IN USED VEHICLE 2015 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER , SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID NOT LOOK CAR OVER THROUGHLY. THEY ALWAYS RUSH THROUGH CHECKING OUT VEHICLE. THEY CLAIM TO CHECK ALL TRADE IN. THE SERVICE C SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID NOT LOOK CAR OVER THROUGHLY. THEY ALWAYS RUSH THROUGH CHECKING OUT VEHICLE. THEY CLAIM TO CHECK ALL TRADE IN. THE SERVICE CLAIMED BRAKES WERE AT AN 8, WHAT EVER THAT MEANS. I HAD TO TAKE IT TO THEM 3 TIMES FOR VIBRATION ON THE FRONT END ESPEICALLY WHEN BRAKES WERE TOUCHED AND EACH TIME THEY SAID THEY FOUND NOTHING. THEY EVEN SAID THEY DROVE THE VEHICLE BUT AFTER MY HUSBAND FINALLY DROVE IT HE SELF DIAGONOSIS THE VECHILE IT WAS THE ROTOR AND THEY AGREED. AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS THE TIRES NOT BALANCED, ALIGNMENT, , I AM NOT A MECHANIC. I LOOK FOR THEM TO TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. BY THIS TIME SEVERAL DAYS HAVE PASSED AND NOW AUTONATION DONT WANT TO FIX IT. THEY PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED THE REAR BRAKES BUT NOT THE FRONT BRAKES. THIS IT MAKES NO SENSE. I BELIEVE AFTER THEY LOOK AT THE BRAKE SHOES THEY WENT NO FURTHER TO THE ROTOR TO SEE IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM. BEWARE AND BE CAUTION WHEN YOU DETECT AN ISSUE. DO NOT TAKE IT UNTIL ITS FIXED. More
