Went in for a jeep wrangler. My wife passed away earlier this year. Explained to Seth Blanchard the whole situation. They added $1399 fees and topped that off with $1400 addition My wife passed away earlier this year. Explained to Seth Blanchard the whole situation. I took ot to my mechanic thinking the alignment was off. He looked at the 4 tires which had the same date code 2421 meaning made in 2021. There was cracking from dry rot causing the issue of not balancing and would not balance enough to drive safely. I had them change the tires for safety, mine. I went back and saw Big Ed the used car director. He asked if I had the old tires still? No but I went and got them for Ed. He wouldn't even go look at them. Unreal. Called corporate to file a complaint. My advice is to steer clear from this dealer. They sent me out on dangerous tires and didn't have the decency to make it right. More
