He kept me informed while the vehicle was in the shop. He checked me in and checked me out. He is very knowledgeable and confident in his job. Collision (last week): Ryan/Collision Mgr was involved in finding the noise in my windshield after it was replaced. It took 2 add'l visits back to the collision shop to find the problem. However, his calm demeanor and great customer service became the focus instead of me getting upset that they couldn't find the issue. Ryan is good at his job and needs to be recognized. More

Great choice of vehicles. Sales person even handled my insurance. Finance dept Offered a wrap but prices were never discussed line item by line item….lots of confusion there.
