To give good comments I feel I need to include first names. 30K mile check and Recall (last week): Anthony was my specialist between myself and Technician. He kept me informed while the vehicle was in the shop. He checked me in and checked me out. He is very knowledgeable and confident in his job. Collision (last week): Ryan/Collision Mgr was involved in finding the noise in my windshield after it was replaced. It took 2 add'l visits back to the collision shop to find the problem. However, his calm demeanor and great customer service became the focus instead of me getting upset that they couldn't find the issue. Ryan is good at his job and needs to be recognized.
