Cassandra is on top of her game and was able to answer my questions immediately, and we had a car selected that matched my requirements within minutes. The price was right and I purchased the car the next day. People in the dealership are all friendly and attentive, as soon as I walked in people asked me if I needed help, in a non pressuring way. Overall I am very happy with the dealership and the whole experience. One little weirdness was that the sales assistant called me an hour after I drove away with the new car and asked if I was still interested and would come in today. I guess there was a communication gap. Why not 5 stars? I was a bit taken aback by the almost $15000 'additional warranty' list that Rachel was trying to push on me with good reasons why any of these 'is necessary'. More
