After another dealer shafted me, Stevens Creek came through I was looking for a very specific used sports car and two dealerships had them. I made the mistake of choosing the other for my first visit. An hour i I was looking for a very specific used sports car and two dealerships had them. I made the mistake of choosing the other for my first visit. An hour into my drive, after confirming TWICE with the other dealership, I called to confirm a third time. The salesperson informed me that actually, my car had been sold (after they hard pulled my credit and set a time for me to come get it, which is pretty harsh). I called Cassandra at Stevens Creek and she got the car ready for me to come see it IN THE NEXT FIFTEEN MINUTES. She already had someone ready to test drive the car with me AND another to evaluate my trade-in. She then had one person work on finance while another mapped out all my warranty options, who consulted with another staff member who collects the car I was buying who wrote out which things I should worry about in the next 50k miles. No one upsold me on a single thing. I got great financing, fair trade-in, the car was immaculate and had a frankly excessive amount of verified preventative maintenance done by Stevens Creek (refreshing all the fluids, new tires, etc., which on an M3 is expensive).
