Certified Q7 purchase We purchased this 2018 Certified Q7 with 12,000 miles over the internet working with Bob Slocum and his manager, James Burnham. We agreed on a price We purchased this 2018 Certified Q7 with 12,000 miles over the internet working with Bob Slocum and his manager, James Burnham. We agreed on a price late Saturday afternoon and I said we would make the 3 hour drive to the dealership the next day (Sunday) to complete the paperwork. Bob agreed and said they would put a sold sign on it and we would see him in the morning. I received a call back from Bob about 30 minutes later asking if there was any chance we get make the drive then (Saturday) rather then Sunday morning as we just discussed. Not really clear on the rush, but I said we could but would not get there until near closing time. We arrived at dark and the car was waiting outside under a light. We started inspecting the car and found the paint on the hood was covered in either dried on water spots or some kind of sap. Bob agreed and said he would get James, his manager. I was thinking we probably made the drive for nothing because that was more "wear and tear" then I wanted. Surprisingly, James said, I'm sorry this paint is not right and we want this to be perfect for you. We will have this corrected and deliver this car to you so you don't have to make another trip down here. For our trouble he even through in a set of new Audi all weather floor mats. We were very satisfied with the level of customer service provided by both Bob and James. Bob even found us a couple other items that he through in to help make this purchase and mitigate our not being able to leave with the car. One week later, the car was delivered to our door and looks great. Thanks Joe and Karlene More
