It took this service department 4 visits in a few short months to identify the problem with my brand new Audi Q7. I had to haggle and threaten to get a loaner vehicle and they charged me $1500 for a flat t months to identify the problem with my brand new Audi Q7. I had to haggle and threaten to get a loaner vehicle and they charged me $1500 for a flat tire on the loner when the rep said we would be billed no more than. $700. Terrible communication. Dishonest. Will never buy another car from Audi again since I cannot trust their service. More
Typical “sneaky snake car salesmen” I was up sold on a warranty and promised that if the monthly payments turned out to be too much I could easily call and remove the extra warranty and lower the payments warranty and promised that if the monthly payments turned out to be too much I could easily call and remove the extra warranty and lower the payments. Shortly after buying my car, I realized that indeed the payments were difficult for me to manage. The person who assisted me in buying my car and made this promise dodged my calls, ignored voicemails and emails for 2 months. After being frustrated with this, I told the person who answered the phone that I would just come up to the office and wait for him to be available, she went to “check of he was in” again and miraculously he was. He had no explanation as to why I hadn’t received a call back in all that time, was short and rude, and needless to say not at all helpful. Turns out I could cancel the warranty, but in order to lower the payments I still had to reapply for another loan. Overall horrible experience and a “Dr. Jekyll - Mr. Hyde” salesmen. I wouldn’t recommend car shopping here to my worst enemy. More
