The General Manager, MJ Sangha, is the most disrespectful salesman and human being that you can ever encounter. I do not know how a reputable dealership like Audi can have someone like that as its general manager. It's a shame to the brand and dealership and to humanity to have a human like that to be honest. No matter whether they felt like my wife will buy that car or not, no human being should be treated like that, especially not a woman who is there with a 3-month-old newborn!! Very very very shame on Audi for employing such a person as their GM. He is a disgrace to humanity. What happened: My wife went in, with our newborn and 2 parents, to show them our trade-in car so they could inspect it and give us a quote before we decide on closing the deal on an Audi. He started yelling at her, saying "I told you the price already" when they had told us a range the day, and wanted us to bring it for inspection the next day. He also told her "Are you going to buy the car right now?". She said "Ok let me think about it". He started being hostile to her, turned his back, and left. His rudeness is unseen in any professional world quite frankly. Shame on Audi for having him. But this animal (MJ Sangha) just decided to be an animal and mistreat his wife under the pretext of "She was not serious about buying the car". No human being should be treated that way, no matter whether she will buy it or not. And FYI, we were going to buy it that same day. She just wanted to give me a call from there to tell me the appraisal, and I would have told her to buy it. I hope the dealership owners see this review and escalate it to fire this animal: MJ Sangha. And I hope all the bad luck in this world comes your way so that sales under your GM-ship burn to the ground. And I hope that this review stays as a mark on the internet for other dealerships and Google engines to show when other employers are trying to background-check you by searching the web. Shame on you. We have to be very courteous of our time as well" --> What a polite way to try to divert away the rudeness a human being (let alone a GM of a dealership like Audi) can exert to another human being (let alone a woman with a newborn). Please call me. I Arrived at your Palo Alto dealer today with my Audi S8 for an appointment that was difficult to schedule. The call center on Saturday would not connect me to the service department, and multiple technicians I have used there in past did not return my voice mails. Eventually, I made an appointment for today. When I arrived, a line of cars blocked the driveway (see video). Eight service desks were empty (see video). I waited behind five unserved customers for 45 minutes and checked in. I was told that the car might not be diagnosed today despite my appointment. I waited for a text about my car being checked in and it has not come. I have no way of reaching a human and my car is stuck in a sea of cars waiting to be serviced and I have not expectation it will even be looked at soon. No loaner cars were available and the courtesy vehicle was 30 minutes away. I went home on Uber and ordered a GoRental to be delivery to my house. I will post this review and these videos everywhere I can on Yelp and Audi sites until I am treated like a customer. I have taken my Audi's to this dealership for the past 10 years and the service has severely declined since Swicker took over. Audi of Palo Alto offers excellence to their customers in every area. They have a knowledgeable sales team and an incredible sales manager. My sales person was Matt Santos, he was beyond patient and gave me every area. They have a knowledgeable sales team and an incredible sales manager. The finance dept.manager reviewed the documents and went into great detail on the benefits of the different warranties and finance options. He never “talked down to me” or was distracted. The service department has an absolute professional in charge of customer service. His name is Arnold. The other outstanding individual is Sahill. They both made sure my vehicles was well cared for and all of questions were answered. This is the best car purchase I have ever made. I always purchased BMW’s in the past. I never received a great experience at a BMW dealer. I am a female, senior citizen and always leave there with a smile on my face. In a world where so many things can and do go wrong, go to Audi OF Palo Alto where everything can and does go right. The vehicles are top quality as are the people and experience!!! More
