I purchased my car here two years ago and that process was good. Then I got it serviced there a few times it was just ok. But the last time I went just this week, service was excellent. Arnold was welcomi was good. Then I got it serviced there a few times it was just ok. But the last time I went just this week, service was excellent. Arnold was welcoming gave us upfront costs and timely estimates. I went in for tire repair. And I was able to get my car serviced too and he also took care of my EV charger recall. Plus, I got my car back, super clean and shiny which I never got before. Great experience overall!! More

This dealership is very unprofessional. The purchasing experience is awful on the first day after I sign all the dogs they found that the car I would like to purchase is out of battery and The purchasing experience is awful on the first day after I sign all the dogs they found that the car I would like to purchase is out of battery and the car is even not at the dealer so I cannot get my new car then I went there on the second day And I have to wait for myself for a list one hour and myself complain to me that that day was his off day he could not even show up the sales is awful and the technician is also awful. After I finish all the paperwork and the paid my down payment, I found that the battery of the car is even not charged so I have to wait in the dealership at two. It charged for 20% of the battery so I can drive the car home. I’m not recommended this dealership at all. Don’t go there and you will waste a lot of your time. More
Had a 7:30am appointment on Monday. Nobody returned my call till Wednesday. I brought it in for a check your engine light. Finally got it back on Thursday.. fixed a couple of wires. The repair process took nearly 1 month. Communication by the service advisor was very poor. Could not get calls back. Engine coolant was overfilled by 1.2 quarts when I got the car back. Arrived at dealership on time, was informed service would take 90 minutes with 20m of car wash. I worked and stayed at the service center assuming it would not take over 3hrs, based on previous experience. B take 90 minutes with 20m of car wash. By the third hour, however, there was zero update on the service, or if there’s anything that needs to be discussed, or communication by the service rep on completion time. It wasn’t until I started walking around and staring at the service area was then I was told my car was in the wash and needed another 15-20minutes, I politely nodded, thanked, and waited. But after 30minutes I still did not get any text or notice so I figured they were finishing up and hung around the service area wanting to pay first. another 10m of waiting and finally the rep came in and asked me if I wanted a car wash cause that’ll take another 15-20m, I declined since it was almost four hours into the service, two more than informed, and I had to push out all my meetings and appointments a second time due to the delay. The final pay and print out literally took another 10m to complete. Quite surprised why did every process took so long. In conclusion, it would be fine if the rep had inform the total service cycle may take over four hours, I would have hopped onto the shuttle and return later or just cancel my work meetings the rest of the day. But to not update and communicate until almost double the informed service time is just unprofessional. And quick note, my car came out dirtier than when I dropped it off, way more hand prints and wiped marks. If the technician or dealer is overbooked, they should just not allow more customers to rsvp and provide another day for service. More
