Audi Palo Alto was great to work with. When we walked in, we knew exactly what we wanted. They didn’t have exactly that, but they happily ordered it for us. We were kept updated on its build progress a in, we knew exactly what we wanted. They didn’t have exactly that, but they happily ordered it for us. We were kept updated on its build progress and worked with us to organize a pick-up, even during COVID-19 social distancing restrictions. They were never pushy and supportive throughout, without any annoying negotiation tactics. Would definitely work with them again once our lease comes to an end. More

Exceptional service I am working from home like many others these days. Palo Alto Audi was offering to pick up and drop off my Audi for service. I live in SF, so I firs I am working from home like many others these days. Palo Alto Audi was offering to pick up and drop off my Audi for service. I live in SF, so I first checked to see if they would offer a similar service - they did not. Audi PA arrived exactly as scheduled (important as I have back-to-back meetings during the day). The service was completed as scheduled, and the car detailed perfectly. The advisor reviewed my history, informed me that the service I thought I needed had previously been completed; he then identified the service I needed but reminded me that I had the service paid for by a program I'd enrolled when I purchased the vehicle. The car was dropped off the next day, again as scheduled. Each of the reps. I encountered was exception. More

Slipped up this time I have received numerous emails from Audi saying that no appointment is necessary and since my car needed the yearly maintenance, I thought that would I have received numerous emails from Audi saying that no appointment is necessary and since my car needed the yearly maintenance, I thought that would be a good time. I made an appointment to be sure there would be no problem and also used the valet service since it is difficult for me to drop it off. They picked my car up at 10 am so I was surprised when the service rep called me to say that my car would not be returned until the next morning. (This was just a 20k maint. service).. I had to have my car back by the end of the day and they did return it to me that same day. Their email said that my car would be returned "cleaned and ready to go", but it was never cleaned. I realize this is not a good time for anybody, but I was surprised that I had this experience when you advertise "no appointments necessary" and that my car would be cleaned and sanitized when they are unable to do this. I was led to believe that your service department is not that busy as they usually are. I am not complaining, you asked me to share my experience so there it is. In the past I have had excellent service it is just this one time. More
