They sold me a car with a manual transmission and no parking brake. The car also had illegal 5% tint on the front windows which I had to pay to get removed. When I took my car in for its first service I parking brake. The car also had illegal 5% tint on the front windows which I had to pay to get removed. When I took my car in for its first service I had to get the front tires replaced. I was told it had new tires all around when I purchased the vehicle that was not the case. The previous owner was a smoker and they did nothing do remove the smell. I was told the car was getting a full detail when I purchased it. It didn’t. They put a coat of wax to disguise the imprecations and water stains. Within two months I had to do a full paint correction because the condition of the paint was so bad. They also gave me penny’s on the dollar for my trade in. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I made an appointment to get a tire fixed and was told there was also a software update that would also be taken care of. Arrived on 5/4, and told then I was supposed to bring the car charger. Why was thi there was also a software update that would also be taken care of. Arrived on 5/4, and told then I was supposed to bring the car charger. Why was this not mentioned before I drove in? Made another appointment. Came again on 5/7 with the charger and told dealership did not have the part to do the update. Are you kissing me? Was told I would get a call on 5/8 or 5/11 to come back in. Today is 5/17 and I have not heard a thing. Services is poor and clearly disorganized. More

Audi of Palo Alto has shown to provide excellent service on the vehicle I purchased from them 15 months ago. They have kept in touch about a small recall that needed to be done. I was putting it off until m on the vehicle I purchased from them 15 months ago. They have kept in touch about a small recall that needed to be done. I was putting it off until my 12 month because I live almost 2 hours away. The service advisor, Quan, has been very helpful and responsive about getting the service and the recall work done. He sent a driver, Alex, to pick up my car, return to the dealership, do the work and return the car the next day. They left a loaner for me if needed. Both Quan and Alex couldn't have been nicer and more professional. All in all a great experience. Thanks audi of Palo Alto! More
