Repairs were fine; some issues with level of service The main work performed on the car was perfect and all is working fine. There were a few general issues which were less satisfactory: - Main issu The main work performed on the car was perfect and all is working fine. There were a few general issues which were less satisfactory: - Main issue was lack of sensitivity to coronavirus safety. Service representative wears mask below chin. Then, without mask, drives up in our car (windows closed), gets out and says "its been sanitized". Well, no --- driving it without a mask is the opposite of disinfecting. Would greatly appreciate the service representatives taking safety measures more seriously. - Minor issue: Multiple occurrences where the service center indicated they would reach out by some time, did not reach out and I was forced to call/text hours later. This exacerbates the issue that every contact was to inform me of some delay ("foreman needs to look at it tomorrow", "needs a part", "got the part but it was broken"). More

We were totally pleased with the overall experience that we had buying a used car from Palo Alto Audi. Our sales person Eric Gonzalez was not at all pushy and very considerate. And when we had a very slight we had buying a used car from Palo Alto Audi. Our sales person Eric Gonzalez was not at all pushy and very considerate.
