I bought a car from this dealership being 1,400 miles away. A HUGE hassle & i almost said screw it. Keep your car. However i stuck it out. This was a month ago. To which the plate holder was broken, i was also missing anchor covers in the backseat. They said they’d get them out to me asap, fast forward 2-3 weeks and i still havent received them. I also havent gotten the plates/registration i need either. I was told they’d be in the mail within a couple weeks of the first ones. I was told receiving the actual plates and reg. could take a couple months. Fine. However 1st temp tag expires today. I just got an email a new one is in the mail & i have to print off another temporary for my window until the original gets here. Why cant you just be ontop of things & get them sent out when they need to be? I called to speak to a manager & one decided to answer, then transferred my call. Someone else answered then hungup the same second by slamming the phone down. I’ve asked about purchasing mats for the car, ignored. Extended warranty, also ignored. The documents needing to be signed was also a horrible ordeal. I waited days on end to simply sign papers because of the crappy business they use. Upon scheduling the signing, the lady WAS LATE. They had no idea who was getting the paperwork, and or who sends it off. Every answer i got was opposing. To which noone had the answer correct. I asked for pictures during the purchase time. Noone was willing to go outside and take pictures for me. Porters, managers, noone. They said “you’ll have to wait until your sales rep returns tomorrow” who i was also told would be in that very day. All in all no one communicates. No one knows what their job is &/or what the rules are to anything. So many issues upon purchase as well but i think anyone who reads this will get that gist already. Its been nothing but they’ll do this & that just to never do it upon the 3rd asking. The audi dealer wher ei live, Audi Omaha wont even do service or phone calls with this miami dealer because of how bad they are. I should have listened when they themselves told me. They got the money from the car so they no longer care about anything after the fact which is understandable, however dont say you’ll do something & make me beg for 3 weeks to fulfill it. More
