Although we didn’t purchase an Audi from the dealership, we did purchase a preowned Lexus that was absolutely flawless. Carlos’ business card has the title, VIP Manager on it and he and his sales manager George Elperin and the Finance advisor, Ozzy Benavides, all treated us with the utmost respect, listened to what we said, were extremely friendly and personable and made us truly enjoy the high level of professionalism and ease with with our transaction was handled.
