My car was part of a recall and it took over a month to get an appointment. When I arrived they checked me in and then realized they had run out of the parts. They promised to call me when they came in. I get an appointment. When I arrived they checked me in and then realized they had run out of the parts. They promised to call me when they came in. I called them more than a week later and they said they still didn’t have the parts, but would call me. They didn’t call. I called them again and they said the pets were in, so I made another appointment. I was told the work was four or five hours but would be ready by the end of the day. They didn’t call me. The next day I called them and was told the work was being finished. I picked the car up the next day. They need to upgrade their inventory management system, their service management and their customer service. They need to become proactive and tell the customer what is happening rather than just waiting to see if the customer calls them. I really regret buying an Audi from them. More
My Audi experience was horrible I would not recommend anyone to come here at all, I’ve probably came to this dealer three times and it’s always have been something from scratching my rims to mid diagnosi anyone to come here at all, I’ve probably came to this dealer three times and it’s always have been something from scratching my rims to mid diagnosis, so my most recent visit I had a lot of concerns and due to my extended warranty taking long for a response as of if they want to cover stuff but all they did was replace a compressor, replace my oil, rims and a steering concern, so o have just replaced 4 tires and I to the writer I would like to have an alignment done and they replaced the intermediate shaft to so called fix my concern, so after it’s already finished he then tells me it wasn’t covered and I would have to pay. So basically they told me I had to pay and that’s that so I drove 41 min to pick up my car and I drove down the road and it’s still doing the same thing so they are just taking people money and throwing parts at stuff, I made u-turn and talked to the shop Forman and we drive it together and he says it might be the rack and pinion, so he looks up the part to find out that that Audi extended the warranty on the rack and pinion and when ever you do a rack and pinion you need to perform a alignment, so not only did I waste my time leaving work early they have also wasted my gas things they didn’t care about no apology no free oil change and replacement of my gas and I’ve been waiting for my car for about 1hr he tells me it’s in the wash then come back and says they found the key that they lost and it will be going through the wash now more lies, now more wasted time I will never get back, If come here you will not be treated as a valued customer don’t waste your time I’ll never be coming back here again and my car still is not fixed. More
All I have to say is Diana Giraldo is the best asst. service manager ever. Every time I schedule with her she takes care of all my needs and not to mention keeps everything in a budget that I can handle service manager ever.
