Some of poor experience can be attributed to market change due to the pandemic. But we purchased a certified Q5, and it had 1 bad tire, (<5/32 remaining tread) all the tires were out of balance and sho change due to the pandemic. But we purchased a certified Q5, and it had 1 bad tire, (<5/32 remaining tread) all the tires were out of balance and shook above 50mph, the brake rotors were grooved and the pads were less than half thickness, and there are other items that should have corrected, being that it’s a CERTIFIED car I will never recommend the service department, they obviously are cutting corners and doing shoddy work More
