Totally satisfied with the service performed on my Audi e-tron. The way how the client is treated at Audi North Miami is priceless. Not only I get a loaner car for the period of time my car was on a service, but also as a bonus my car was fully charged when I took it back from Audi. I definitely consider buying warranty extension to become a permanent customer there! More

I bring my car in every 10,000 miles. Somehow I had to do my own coolant change. I text my girl three times stating what I want and need. No response. I bring my car in for 70k checkup, my car needs a $4500 replacement part even tho their computer system didnt recognize it. I bring it to audi FTL and the computer just like north miami doesnt say I need the part but FTL finds out two other filthy things that should have been replaced long over due. I said how can this be if I bring my car in on or before every 10,000 miles. No answer but my car works perfect. I didnt believe what north miami said was true so as of now lets see what happens in the next 20,000 miles. If my car truly has the made up issue or not More

He took the time to respond to any of my questions, he understood right away what I was looking for… I didn’t feel any pressure about my purchase even if after 30 minutes I was signing for a Q4 e tron sportback 2024 🤣. Christian, I just want to say THANK YOU for the experience Audi. I will come back! Thank you so much Audi North Miami. You’re the best team !
