But the second reason, is just about as important; it has to do with the excellence in service and the high caliber of customer service personnel. To be more specific, Vernon Chang, our service manager is amazingly skilled in providing the best information and customer options on all of my maintenance questions. He goes out of his way to keep me informed of the progress of my car during servicing. He is courteous and very knowledgeable of our vehicles and their technical requirements. His attentive service is such a huge contrast from our past experiences with Volvo and Mercedes, where we were constantly having to call for updates on unexplained delays on service and maintenance which was also inconsistent.
