Standard answer "I don't know" from Customer Service! !! I went there for 10 years, they have all the info on my Audi, yet Edmundo refused to give me cost of replacing the bulb. Said i had to make a trip !! I went there for 10 years, they have all the info on my Audi, yet Edmundo refused to give me cost of replacing the bulb. Said i had to make a trip there(45min) just to get estimate, not sure how long the job would take and how much it would cost. Basically a "leave me alone" answer. That's how they lost a customer and I am on the market for new car. More
