Went to Audi because I wanted to purchase a 2011 Audi A4. I put a deposit down on the car, which they held for a week. John kept in touch which me the whole week to follow up and find out the status on A4. I put a deposit down on the car, which they held for a week. I went back with my wife to the dealership with us only having 2 more days to hold the car. Both John and Jeff told us to come back the next day and speak to the head of finance Joe D. When we came back the next day, Joe D got us a better deal then we anticipated to begin with. The price we got on our Audi was amazing I'm not sure how he was able to work his magic that day, but he did. Overall a very positive experience. They never turned us away and were more than willing to work with us in every way possible. After spending a week with the guys there, it was like we knew each other for years. Really nice people who go above and beyond for their customers. I'm going to recommend them to everyone we know! More

The work has always been completed in a timely fashion and I have always been offered a loaner car if I needed one. Along with having an Audi A4 we also have a Chevy Suburban which has served us well with all the college drop offs and pick-ups. This Spring my last child will graduate college and I will be looking to downsize from the Suburban. I have my eye on the Audi All Road and aside from the fact that I love the way it looks, I will get another Audi BECAUSE of the service. More
