I love Audi Lynbrook for service. This particular time was a great experience. I had some oil consumption issues and a random engine light. Mr. Ago provided me with a nice loaner car. Turned out that I needed a new Turbo module under warranty. Problem was that I was going on vacation the next day. Mr. Ago worked with me and the loaner and was very accommodating. He was friendly and made me feel like me and my time was of great importance and I am greatful for that. Picked up the car and dropped off the loaner and so far everything looks great. Any problems with theoil and I was told to just come on back for another part of a test. Thanks! More

Meksut went out of his way to make sure all of my car needs were taken care of. I happen to come in on a Wednesday morning for service, and not realizing I did not have my license to get a loaner car, he needs were taken care of.
