I originally bought my Audi A4 with the sports package at a competitor dealership but found their service to be unacceptable. One of the reasons we continue to return to Anchor is because of the excellent, friendly service we always receive, despite the service team having changed personnel several times in the last 12+ yrs. The only constant in the service dept has been Joe Maruca, service director, and he deserves a large share of the credit.
