Brought my A8 for service on a number of occations. People were friendly. Problems did occur when they needed my car a four days. Did not get straight answer so I decided to go to shop. Was horrified to see thay got into an accident w/my car. They said it just happend but the car was dirty and the dirt was not disturbed, si I was sceptical w/their truthfulenss.:) They did have everything repairs and even paid for my car rental. I still have the brakepad indicator light on which they had tried to repair three time w/i a two month period. They chearged me each time for what they siad was a fix. I showed them on my invoice that the warrenty states 90 or 4k miles which ever comes first. John L. did not accomodate me in anyway by saying this does not pertain to electrical part. I said why does what you are saying not written? Could not answer me. I thought I gave them enough chances to do right by me. I continue to go else where for servicing. More
