This is one of the worse dealership and service department. Took my wife’s 2023 Q5 Sportback in for an inspection, oil change and audio system service. Spent 5 hours there for them to present a bil department. Took my wife’s 2023 Q5 Sportback in for an inspection, oil change and audio system service. Spent 5 hours there for them to present a bill to repair the subwoofer on a vehicle that’s still under warranty. Asked to speak to the GM, who never came to see my issue. This was my wife’s 4th and probably last Audi. I would rate the sales representative, service manager and GM at the bottom of the star list, the worst!!! More
