Once agaiin I had a very positive experience while visiting your service department. Although there are two AUDI service departments closer to my home none comes close to the professionalism and hel visiting your service department. When I called to discuss my trunk lock I was helped immediately, when I arrived at the service center I was attended to immediately and was given a loner car.
