Brought a7 into audi lynbrook for replacement keys. Key replaced at parts, and linked at service. Overall, experience was great, audi lynbrook very friendly and gave car back as promisd, with car nicely replaced at parts, and linked at service. As a black man, I have never stepped into a luxury car dealer and not have received that weird vibe from the staff. Not until I walked into Anchor Audi about 6 years ago. The staff at Anchor Audi (Audi Lynbrook) are always professional, courteous and friendly. I have never had a problem scheduling an appt for my car and they have always been able to provide me with a loaner. They have always been able to diagnose any problem and made all repairs. Anchor has been servicing my vehicles for the past 5/6 years and I am on my second Audi. For all those reasons, I would never bring it to anyone else for service or repairs. In fact, there is another Audi dealer a lot closer than Anchor is... 20 mile difference round trip. I chose to remain loyal to the people who know me best and the people who has always been taking great care of me and my Audi's. Sometimes I feel like I'm looking for a reason to bring my car in, that how great the environment is in there. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AUDI LYNBROOK... formally known as ANCHOR AUDI!!!!! This is my third vehicle serviced here and my second purchase here. Went from an S5 Cabriolet to an S6. My salesperson was Michael Molite. The deal could not have been smoother. I was extremely disappointed with the overpricing for the service I was to receive. It was also extremely disconcerting how rude attitudes of employees became when I stated I was going to get a second opinio service I was to receive. Working with Andri was a pleasure!! I knew exactly what I wanted within my budget and Andri made it happen. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was just as we agreed in color, style, options and price. A quick financial negotiation and the deal was done.
