I have owned multiple Subarus and have had them all serviced at this location for many years. Always professional and efficient services. I scheduled a routine service but further inspection revealed serviced at this location for many years. Always professional and efficient services. I scheduled a routine service but further inspection revealed unexpected worn wheel bearings. I expressed disappointment for such an expensive repair after only 72,000 miles. Nicole was able to apply available coupons to reduce the bill to a degree. Much appreciated. They also provided a loaner car at no charge while they performed the service. Nicole maintained clear communication to let me know when the car would be ready for pick up. More

Customer friendly - she found a way to charge several large charges to warranty, for which I am grateful. The car was in the shop for about three days during which time I had a good loaner.
