This is my 2nd viehicle that I purchased from this Subaru dealership. It used to be Subaru of Wakefield then bought and changed to Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield few years ago, but the main reason I came back dealership. It used to be Subaru of Wakefield then bought and changed to Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield few years ago, but the main reason I came back to this dealership is they kept the same staff that used to work there. The salesman I worked with was Justin Grant. He was a great guy helping me find the right car and had never pressured me to buy a Subaru after the test drive. We converse like normal firends discussing about my need for the new car. After the test drive he told me to do my shopping with other brands and contact him if a Subaru would be my final choice. I decided to go with a Subaru Outback and Justin helped me get a good discount without me needing to do the tradional haggling at the dealership. I don't know how other salesmen operate at this dealership, but my experience with Justin was wonderful. I recommend this dealership if anyone is interested in a Subaru, and I suggest look for Justin Grant. Have a great day! More

I went for oil change and inspection sticker. I made appointment a week earlier online for 8:00am. When I arrived service advisor said might be 2 hours so I told him to skip oil change and just i I made appointment a week earlier online for 8:00am. I waited and waited in waiting room over hour and a half so I went to desk and noticed my car outside hadn’t been touched. He said it will be a little while longer and I told him about just getting the sticker, but he really had no excuse. I wasn’t happy at all and I didn’t end up getting out of there until around 1030 with only a rejected sticker because of license plate? damage and no oil change even though I had been there over 2 1/2 hours.
