Salesperson Al was attentive and knowledgeable. Judson the finance manager was obliging and pleasant. I came in with a concern about a sound coming from the drive train. The service dept kept the car and gave me a loaner. They determined it was the transmission and it needed to be replaced. The car had ~4 drive train. The service dept kept the car and gave me a loaner. They determined it was the transmission and it needed to be replaced. The car had ~45k miles and the transmission has a 100k miles warrantee, so the whole replacement was covered (no cost to me). The replacement took the better part of three weeks and the car rental (because I had to travel out-of-state) was also covered. Curtis was in charge of the entire transaction and kept me informed of the status of the repair as it progressed. I am very satisfied with my whole transaction at Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield. More
