My car battery died on the day before my scheduled appointment. I had to bring the car into Albrecht the afternoon before the appointment and would normally have had to use UBER for a round trip from appointment. Michael Rammah, the Service representative arranged to have a new battery installed that afternoon saving me a lot of time and trouble. I appreciate his consideration and exceptional service.
