The louis was helpful, but it was a salesperson's name.Frank, who said he was a manager. Then I spoke to his manager who claimed that the gm was out of the office for a week and when I spoke to the finance manager, he was there the next day. There's so much more to the issue, but eventually, I did get the help that I asked for. There's a lot more to unpack with this, but I don't feel like typing it out. More

The entire sales team, including finance team and finance manager, had no problem lying to me about the refinancing process and approval process for my new vehicle. I would have never gone through with the s manager, had no problem lying to me about the refinancing process and approval process for my new vehicle. I would have never gone through with the sale had I known I would end up being permenantly stuck making payments outside of my budget. A misunderstanding is one thing, but blatant lies are another. GET OFF YOUR CELL PHONE WHEN A CUSTOMER IS IN FRONT OF YOU! I have had to take my car in 3 times (2016 Kia sportage) for recalls. THEY sent me a recall on the HECU and security system. I called to see if I could get both recalls done at the same time (they are a long drive from my home). I was told “No” bc they don’t carry the recall parts in stock…ITS A RECALL!! Why in the world would they not have these NECESSARY parts in stock?? Regardless, the security upgrade was done, the HECU (which in the recall that tells you not to park near anything bc your vehicle can catch on fire even if not in use). They told me they ordered it that day…it’s been about a month and I’ve heard nothing that the part has come in or anything from them. I will call them tomorrow to see if the needed HECU they supposedly ordered has come in. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I had a decent experience when I bought my vehicle; but the rest of my interactions with this dealership has been aggravating and frustrating. More
