I appreciate how quickly Jeffrey was able to schedule my car for repairs being that I need it for my job.. Southern Hyundai repair took my car in when I scheduled my appointment, troubleshot it then allowe car for repairs being that I need it for my job.. Southern Hyundai repair took my car in when I scheduled my appointment, troubleshot it then allowed me to use it until the parts came in. That saved me a lot of trouble. I brought the car back In for the actual repair and was out the door in no time. Great service experience. More

The associate that helped me did not seem to know exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I was asked if I had the part that needed replacing when I arrived (when the dealership had called me a few days what was going on with my vehicle. I was asked if I had the part that needed replacing when I arrived (when the dealership had called me a few days before to tell me that they had received the part that had been ordered)..when it was time for check out., I was told that a certain amount was due..but I had already set up a payment plan thru sunbit previously and it seems like that was not known either. (I guess that was finally confirmed before I left)There just seemed to be a lack of communication somewhere along the way. More
