When we purchased our BMW at Autohaus it was not the first dealer we went to, but right away when you walk in everything is different in a good way. She explained what needed to be done and about how long it would take. Since it was going to be overnight she gave me a loaner vehicle. Having a friendly sales department is very important, but the department you deal with for the life of your vehicle is the service department. Autohaus is the GOLD standard for their service department. You have a customer for life. Thank you! More
