Waiters are pushed up to the front of the line, letting your vehicle be looked at immediately. A complimentary multi-point inspection was performed, as with all service vehicles, and we let you know of any upcoming items that may or may not need your attention. We are sorry if this bothered you, but we require our Service Advisors to inform our customers of anything that may need to be addressed in the future.
