I recently had an unsatisfactory experience after
purchasing an F150 from Elder Ford, which I'd like to bring to your attention. Upon returning to my shop and inspecting the vehicle, I was surprised
purchasing an F150 from Elder Ford, which I'd like to bring to your attention. Upon returning to my shop and inspecting the vehicle, I was surprised to discover that the spare tire kit was missing. I had trusted that all components were included, and this was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
When I contacted your sales representative, Zaire, to request the missing kit, I was informed that the vehicle was sold "as is." I believe that full disclosure is an essential part of any transaction, and I am disappointed with the lack of transparency in this matter. I hope we can find a resolution to this oversight.
