Corwin Toyota sold me a used 2022 Toyota Sequoia Limited on June 23rd 2023. The Sequoia was "certified" by one of their technicians and then sold to me with a bent rim that I didn't notice until having a vi on June 23rd 2023. I had to have multiple conversations with multiple people in management and calls with the DMV to prove to them that they are breaking state law. I was told on multiple occasions that they would call me back, however, no call backs were provided. Thus, in order to get them to comply to state law, I had to call and argue with them on multiple occasions. Lastly, it is very concerning that they would sell a car illegally to me, as it opens the door to what other unethical actions has this company taken towards other Colorado residents. After convincing them of state law, there team was impolite and non-responsive. This caused the buying experience to be absolutely trash. More
