Townson was great, very kind and thorough. F & I guy good too. Didn’t interact with managers much, which is fine. Whole process was very unnecessarily drawn out almost taking 4 hours. They were always very vague with numbers. Had my sales person and another manager misquote the apr on my specific vehicle, not until taking 4 hours. They were always very vague with numbers.
