Jerry Hunt did not clean the interior of the vehicle as requested. The side step on the truck was broken. Front cameras and sensors didn’t work. Jerry Hunt did not give me temporary license plates as requested. I requested to have my licenses transferred. The dealership should understand that this isn’t an instantaneous process. The DMV specifically said this process can take 4-6 weeks. Why does the Jerry Hunt finance department think that they don’t need to send the paper work to the DMV?? Finance department does not return calls. Finance department picks up the phone and immediately puts you back on hold. I will never buy another vehicle from Jerry Hunt Supercenter again. I will never recommend anyone else to buy a vehicle from Jerry Hunt Supercenter. The only recommendation I will make is to stay far away from this place! There are three good things about Jerry Hunt Supercenter. Khalid Young was great to work with, the service department is great to work with, and the lady at the front desk is very nice. More

We had a great experience at JHSC on purchasing our car. Our salesman Chris Robin did a great job helping us through this process and he had to stay over to get the deal completed and he was ok with that . Management team is great, and the owner is hands down the best! Was having a few issues with getting approved and Todd and his management staff didn’t hesitate to answer when I called for help stepped in and best! Todd and Greg took all the stress right off my back and right onto their desk and got right to work without any hesitation despite having multiple other customers he put me right at the top of his list of things to do.
