Horrible sales tactics, borderline illegal the way they hold you there trying to make a deal after you’ve clearly said no. They take your keys then claim they can’t find them. The service department is hold you there trying to make a deal after you’ve clearly said no. They take your keys then claim they can’t find them. The service department is even worse. Had an appointment and still sat there for two hours. Had to demand my vehicle back and left without them ever looking at it. They owed me stuff per our contract and I ended up buying the parts and fixing it myself. Lost a day of work and $165. More

Max was great but the finance guy was not looking out for my best interest. Trying to put the after market wrap on my truck for $1800 even after I said I didn’t want it and trying to make it seem like my pay my best interest.
