Chris Thornton was so nice to us old folks and we appreciated him walking us through the process as we traded my pride and joy, my Jeep Wrangler for a Toyota Highlander Platinum with all the bells an appreciated him walking us through the process as we traded my pride and joy, my Jeep Wrangler for a Toyota Highlander Platinum with all the bells and whistles which is easier for us to get in and out of as we try to age gracefully. The folks at the dealership addressed every bump in the process and solved every issue with smiles and kindness and never made us feel that the issue was insurmountable. Would definitely recommend Jerry Hunt SuperCenter as the folks there treat you like family and not as vultures which we found at dealerships we had visited. They have so many beautiful cars to choose from, it's like a candy store for vehicles so will always recommend them to anyone looking to trade vehicles. Since we paid cash and did not finance anything, the process was easy. Yasin was so nice and kind to solve an issue immediately and Kristie solved a DMV issue always with a happy and reassurance tone in her voice and they all followed up with us to make sure we were happy and always invited us to come back to see them. Jerry Hunt did not clean the interior of the vehicle as requested. The side step on the truck was broken. Front cameras and sensors didn’t work. Jerry Hunt did not give me temporary license plates as requested. I requested to have my licenses transferred. The dealership should understand that this isn’t an instantaneous process. The DMV specifically said this process can take 4-6 weeks. Why does the Jerry Hunt finance department think that they don’t need to send the paper work to the DMV?? Finance department does not return calls. Finance department picks up the phone and immediately puts you back on hold. I will never buy another vehicle from Jerry Hunt Supercenter again. I will never recommend anyone else to buy a vehicle from Jerry Hunt Supercenter. The only recommendation I will make is to stay far away from this place! There are three good things about Jerry Hunt Supercenter. Khalid Young was great to work with, the service department is great to work with, and the lady at the front desk is very nice. More

Management team is great, and the owner is hands down the best! Was having a few issues with getting approved and Todd and his management staff didn’t hesitate to answer when I called for help stepped in and best!
