I am an out of town customer, and I would not recommend shopping at Jerry Hunt unless you are local. Their communication and follow-through are the worst I’ve ever experienced during a car buying process, shopping at Jerry Hunt unless you are local. Their communication and follow-through are the worst I’ve ever experienced during a car buying process, and there are a lot of things they don’t disclose that I didn’t learn until after I got the car. For example, the USB chargers in the car don’t work, and the cameras for Sentry Mode are obstructed (things I have to go out of my way to get serviced). Given that I was told they don’t have any post-purchase window to address these issues, you’re out of luck unless your car still has the manufacturer’s warranty, which is what they kept promoting whenever I asked about any issues I could possibly find after receiving the vehicle. I asked for the car to be fully charged before it was sent, and I was also told that it would be detailed, inside and out, before delivery. I called and spoke to Peral and also emailed Mike asking him to relay those details. The car was delivered neither detailed nor charged. When I spoke to Peral and asked if those things had been done, he confirmed twice that they had. When I received the car on 7/7, the last time it had been charged was 6/15 (Teslas tell you when they were last charged), so he was not telling thr truth. When it came to my delivery, he also lied by saying it had been scheduled for one day, and then when I called back the following week, I couldn’t get him to return my calls or give me any details about the delivery. It took me emailing the finance manager and saying that I wanted to cancel the deal before Peral finally called me back. When he did, he was rude and repeatedly cut me off, insisting that he never told me the delivery had been scheduled in the first place. He continued interrupting me the entire conversation until I finally had to say, “Please stop cutting me off,” before he would actually listen. It was extremely unprofessional. When I called back later to get the bill of sale, I had the receptionist page him multiple times and even send him an email. Do you think he ever called me back or sent me the bill of sale? Hopefully you guessed right based on the lack of follow-through above. If not, it’s now 7/19, and I still haven’t received it. Clearly, once they have your money, they don’t care, and I just wasn’t wise enough to recognize the glaring red flags from the beginning. Save yourself the time and avoid this place. More

I cant say anything about the dealership. I found a truck on their website and they handled the financing the interest wasnt too bad considering how bad my credit is.
