It was a pleasure doing business with Tucson Subaru, CJ Nichols and Tracy the finance person. We felt very informed from start to finish with CJ and Tracy. CJ is an excellent salesman. Previously we purch Nichols and Tracy the finance person. We felt very informed from start to finish with CJ and Tracy. CJ is an excellent salesman. Previously we purchased an Ascent from him by him, (which we kept) being the recommend salesperson. We just purchased our Outback Ltd. from him. I have had very positive dealings with the service department in our past purchase and am expecting it to only get better! More

Just an excellent experience. This was just an excellent experience right from driving on to the lot and finding plenty of customer parking, a friendly, smiling, knowledgeable sale This was just an excellent experience right from driving on to the lot and finding plenty of customer parking, a friendly, smiling, knowledgeable sales person in Monica who was at the door to greet me when I walked up. I came into take a test drive and see if they would take my trade not expecting to go home that afternoon with an Outback but thanks to Monica Schivone and Traci Roberts I did. Very helpful parts department. I would like to thank the entire staff of the parts department at Tucson Subaru for helping me restore my 1997 Subaru Impreza L 2.2L lovingly known as I would like to thank the entire staff of the parts department at Tucson Subaru for helping me restore my 1997 Subaru Impreza L 2.2L lovingly known as "Blue".. Over the last year, I've dealt with Scott most of the time, but Adrian, Will, Donovan, and Rick have been helpful at one point or another. They have all been very helpful and friendly in getting my old GC4 back on the road. Rocky, I think an extra slice of apple pie for these guys is in order here.
