Worst service experience ever! They remove my engine cover and never replaced it. now they are telling me they are not sure what happened to the engine cover. Every time my oil is changed they do not tighten the heat shield and the now they are telling me they are not sure what happened to the engine cover. Every time my oil is changed they do not tighten the heat shield and there is a rattling…. Every time! I’m tired of going there! More
