The bathrooms were clean, well stocked and also newly updated. The energy between the staff and customers was joyful and pleasant. My husband and I drove for two hours from Calaveras County to purchase the exact Jeep we wanted. We arrived when they opened and was third in line. Our Salesperson, Rick Martinez had the vehicle on site, out front & ready for the test drive. He was friendly, professional and not pushy. The full purchase price was exactly as quoted on the phone in prior conversations. I appreciated his straight forward approach. Walter assisted with an executive decision for a transaction request on our behalf. He too was pleasant, clearly decisive and timely in his response. Outstanding customer service, which included Adrian in his efficient handling of all the paperwork. We had delightful team at the dealership and a great buyer experience.
