I shopped local Honda dealerships near me for a car for my son. Vincent and Sierra Honda were head and shoulders above the rest. Vincent was very helpful and kind. Worst dealership to purchase a vehicle at; I got approved for a 2022 Infiniti when I went to get approved I couldn’t even take the car because the windshield was cracked. When I did pick it up a week later I for a 2022 Infiniti when I went to get approved I couldn’t even take the car because the windshield was cracked. When I did pick it up a week later I noticed the back passenger driver side had a small dent/ding they told me to take it and schedule an appointment to get that fixed… I took it in within 4-5 I picked it up to see that the whole back door was a totally different color of grey; at least two shades lighter, I told used salesperson Vincent it’s a a different shade and he shrugged it off and said it was the shade/shadow.. I called them again they said they would speak to used car sales manager to find a solution; never got a call back I called in and spoke to a TOM RED or REED he said he was the internet sales manager and promised to call me back…NEVER DID… again I called to talk to sales manager the person on the phone took my info and guess what till this day no phone call… I purchased the car in September 2025 we are now at the end of December… More

I called Sierra Honda and was put in contact with Vincent. Vincent promptly helped me find what I was looking for (black CRV HYB Sport L) at the price I wanted to make the deal. I drove 80 miles sinc Vincent. Vincent promptly helped me find what I was looking for (black CRV HYB Sport L) at the price I wanted to make the deal. I drove 80 miles since no other Honda dealer closer to me would honor my offer. Not only did Vincent seal the deal, he had a backup car just in case of any issues. When I arrived at dealership, he had the car all clean and ready to close the deal. Thank you, Vincent! More
