On 3/31/25, we visited the MB dealership in Edison, NJ to trade in our 2017 MB for a 2025 model. Vince Peluso Jr. was our Sales Representative. Purchasing a vehicle at this dealership is always a pleasant an trade in our 2017 MB for a 2025 model. Vince Peluso Jr. was our Sales Representative. Purchasing a vehicle at this dealership is always a pleasant and positive experience, but our interaction with Vince exceeded our expectations. He demonstrated excellent customer relations skills, answered all of our questions, in detail, without rushing, all aspects of the purchasing process for our new vehicle. He took time to help us download and set up the MB app and to walk us through the various features on the vehicle. He has, without question, a great personality and demeanor and outstanding knowledge of the MB line and business. We are greatly pleased that it was Vince who took care of us on 3/31/25. In our opinion, based on how we experienced the purchasing process, Vince should be recognized as a definite superior asset to MB.
