Free carwashes were part of my purchase agreement. Yet, a few days ago, the person who operates the wash told me I could not bring my car through due to after-market roof racks I placed 3 years ago. I told him I had washed the car at Flemington many times without incident but he stated his "manager" said my car could no longer go through. I phoned the dealership to see if this were in fact true. A sales manager, I believe named Vince, took my call & promised to look into it & phone me back but he never did. The car wash employee was also extremely unpleasant. Other times I have interacted with him , he has also been unfriendly to the point that I wonder if it is because he is racist. It was enough of a negative experience that I will look elsewhere for my next car & for my relatives & colleagues. Dana Claxton, who oversaw the service on. my car when the brake rotors needed replacing, was excellent. I cannot fault her for any of the above. More

I recently traded in my 2018 430 to lease the 2021 M440i. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson to deal with than JR. He was very down to earth, not pushy whatsoever and even kept my dog and I enter I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson to deal with than JR.
