Horrible experience. Brand new BMW x7 paid for 85k is in the workshop just after 6 weeks. Over 5 days and still not clear what the problem is. Google says several people having the same issue. Absolutely pathetic. I was told Byron shall call after his day off (while I was towing my car on my day off) but he never did. So much role modeling for customer focus. We had to change all our Thanksgiving plans as the loaner given is a small car and we cannot drive as a family as planned for Thanksgiving. Horrible More

Free carwashes were part of my purchase agreement. Yet, a few days ago, the person who operates the wash told me I could not bring my car through due to after-market roof racks I placed 3 years ago. I told him I had washed the car at Flemington many times without incident but he stated his "manager" said my car could no longer go through. I phoned the dealership to see if this were in fact true. A sales manager, I believe named Vince, took my call & promised to look into it & phone me back but he never did. The car wash employee was also extremely unpleasant. Other times I have interacted with him , he has also been unfriendly to the point that I wonder if it is because he is racist. It was enough of a negative experience that I will look elsewhere for my next car & for my relatives & colleagues. Dana Claxton, who oversaw the service on. my car when the brake rotors needed replacing, was excellent. I cannot fault her for any of the above. More
