I have been burned by other dealerships in the past which makes me very cautious to begin with---I am expecting the worst. Perhaps it would be helpful for the sales force to explain the mechanical functioning of the vehicle viz a vis another model--things to look for--things to be cautious of (recalling the first time I crunched the nose of a Prius on a curb because they sit so low to the ground.) One or both of these cars will eventually be passed on to my granddaughters. We wanted safe and reliable cars for them as my wife and I drive very little. More

The more time I spent talking with Viet the more inclined I became to purchasing a Toyota. Viet’s experience, knowledge, transparency, authenticity is far more superior to that of other salesmen that I encountered at other dealerships. Viet’s approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework shopping around, I knew the deal that I wanted to complete and that worked for me.
